Mazda RX7 (FD3S)
I don’t know about you guys but one of the most iconic cars
that come to mind when you think about hero vehicles from the last 50 years has
got to be the Mazda RX7. It was a futuristic car way ahead of its time and had
an engine (wankel rotary) so unique that it became a legend in the worldwide car
community.
The cars engine and looks were very unique to its time
period it was manufactured in, from 1992-2002. The engine put out a very
healthy 188 kilowatts mated to a 5 speed manual transmission which gave the lightweight
vehicle great agility and control. Over the years it has become a favourite
among car lovers for its ability to be modified and also due to its iconic (braapp
braapp) engine sound.
This is one of those vehicles that when you start it up you
just want to go down an empty backroad, with the windows down and revving the
engine to 8000rpms producing that invigorating sound that makes people smile
from ear to ear.
